We sign our name to the numbers, not to the relationship. Every audit engagement rotates its lead partner every five years — a policy we hold ourselves to even though most regulators only require it at the largest firms, because familiarity is exactly what an audit is supposed to guard against.

Our audit practice covers full financial statement audits under GAAS, reviews and compilations for companies that don’t yet need a full audit, SOC 1 and SOC 2 examinations for service organizations, and Single Audits under the Uniform Guidance for organizations receiving federal funding above the $750,000 threshold.

We staff engagements lean and senior — a typical mid-market audit runs two people who both worked the prior year’s file, not a rotating cast of first-year associates learning the client from scratch.
